Generate and convert leads from new and existing clients/business partners
Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets (calls, meetings, site visits, closures)
Understand client needs and suggest relevant property options
Manage a strong pipeline of potential clients through outreach activities
Deliver exceptional client experience from first contact to post-sale
Foster strong, long-term client relationships to drive referrals and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals
3 to 7 years of field sales experience in real estate (mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
