Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the automation, electrical, or industrial products domain. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify business opportunities in assigned territories and industries.
Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
Collaborate with technical and back-office teams to provide solutions.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure post-sales follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience (industrial/automation products preferred).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
