Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Agency Channel Manager to develop and manage a network of agents/advisors to drive insurance sales and grow our market presence. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents and ensuring performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents and advisors.
Train and develop agents through regular coaching and performance evaluations.
Monitor agent activity and performance; provide feedback and improvement plans.
Drive sales targets and ensure achievement through the agency channel.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and motivate agents to meet business goals.
Coordinate with internal departments (underwriting, claims, operations) to support the agent network.
Organize marketing and promotional activities in assigned regions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the agency channel.
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel frequently
