Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role that requires candidates to actively engage with potential clients and sell financial products, including Demat & Trading Accounts and Mutual Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts and other financial products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate business opportunities.
• Educate customers about the stock market, trading platforms, and investment options.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for sales closure.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, stock market movements, and financial products.
Required Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Stock Broking, Banking, Insurance, or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly Demat & Trading Accounts and Mutual Funds.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work in a field-based sales role.
• Knowledge of the local language is required.
