We’re hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Health Plans to retail and SMB customers across Bangalore.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1+ year of field sales experience (Insurance, Banking, NBFC preferred)
✅ Fluent in Kannada Mandatory
✅ Strong communication & customer engagement skills
✅ Own a bike for local travel (within a 3–4 km radius)
✅ Age below 40

Role Highlights:
📌 Full-time role with company payroll
📌 3 days classroom + 7 days on-the-job training
📌 Territory assigned post training
📌 Fixed Salary: ₹25K–35K + 15–20% incentive + petrol allowance

Work Locations: Multiple areas in Bangalore, including Whitefield, Koramangala, JP Nagar, Peenya & more.
