We are building Welns.io – a beauty & wellness marketplace that helps salons & spas get discovered and booked online. Along with our flagship product MioSalon, a SaaS platform for salon management, we are on a mission to digitize the salon industry.
We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting salons, pitching MioSalon & Welns.io, and onboarding them onto our platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and visit salons & spas in assigned localities
Pitch MioSalon (Salon Management Software) and Welns.io (Salon Discovery & Booking Marketplace)
Explain product benefits, pricing and onboarding process
Collect required documents and onboard salons to both platforms
Train salon staff on how to use the app & dashboard
Achieve weekly & monthly onboarding targets
Build strong relationships with salon owners
Gather market feedback and share insights with the team
Qualification
1-3 years of field sales or onboarding experience
Proven track record of successfully onboarding merchants
Comfortable travelling within the city for client visits
Excellent communication & convincing skills
Mobile-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer interaction
