Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive with experience in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition and exposure to the digital payments industry (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, BharatPe, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for onboarding customers, driving field sales, establishing merchant relationships, and promoting Trexo Money’s financial solutions

Roles

• Acquire new CASA accounts through field visits, customer meetings, and relationship building.

• Identify and onboard merchants for digital payment solutions and financial services.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

• Conduct field sales activities to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Provide product demonstrations and resolve customer queries during onboarding.

• Analyze local market trends to identify potential opportunities for acquisition.

• Generate daily sales reports and update CRM/management tools.

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience:

1. 6 months to 3 years in digital payments (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, BharatPe, etc.) OR

2. Experience in CASA sales

3. Good communication and negotiation skills.

4. Comfortable with field work and meeting daily visit targets.

5. Ability to build strong customer and merchant relationships.

6. Smartphone knowledge and understanding of digital transaction products.
