We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing fintech team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with merchants, businesses, and partners in your assigned territory. You will be the face of our company in the field, representing innovative financial products such as digital payments, lending, POS systems, and financial management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients (e.g., retailers, SMEs, service providers) to promote and onboard fintech solutions.
Client Acquisition: Pitch fintech products (such as payment gateways, credit solutions, POS devices, etc.) and convert leads into active users or clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Product Demonstration: Deliver product demos and explain value propositions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Territory Management: Manage and optimize assigned territory or region to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from the field and report customer needs, competitive activities, and product feedback to internal teams.
Training & Support: Educate clients on how to use fintech platforms effectively and assist in onboarding processes.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client documentation and KYC are completed as per regulatory and company standards.
