Job Title: Field Sales Executive (BTL & Direct Sales)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities. This role involves direct customer engagement, lead generation, and executing on-ground promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and sales conversions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers based on their needs.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
BTL Marketing & On-Ground Promotions:
Plan and execute BTL activities, such as roadshows, kiosks, product demonstrations, corporate camps, and door-to-door marketing.
Organize and manage local events, mall activations, and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Partner with corporate offices, retailers, and community hubs for on-ground engagement and product promotions.
Distribute marketing collaterals, conduct surveys, and collect customer data for follow-ups.
Track and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and report performance insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales and BTL marketing activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
A valid driver's license.
