Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day activities at facility management sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-ground teams, ensuring quality service delivery, managing client coordination, and supporting backend operations in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites.

• Ensure timely deployment and management of housekeeping, security, and technical staff.

• Monitor quality and hygiene standards as per client requirements.

• Handle shift schedules, attendance tracking, and manpower planning.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team for operational issues.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms.

• Maintain documentation related to operations, vendor bills, and inventory.

• Conduct regular site audits and prepare performance reports.

• Train and guide ground-level staff on SOPs and service standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management.

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

• Strong people management and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with MS Office tools and reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Should be proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in managing hospital, commercial, residential, or industrial facilities will be given preference.
