As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area. This role requires strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
Generate leads, follow up, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits to clients, distributors, and dealers.
Maintain reports of daily activities and market feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (FMCG/industrial/retail products preferred).
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
