We are looking for ambitious and energetic Field Sales Executives to expand our dental product footprint across key territories. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, on-ground hustle, and a sharp focus on driving revenue through clinic visits and direct customer engagement.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, visit, and onboard dental clinics, hospitals, and institutions to drive consistent product sales.
Territory Development: Build and manage a strong funnel of prospects in the assigned geography through daily field visits and follow-ups.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales quotas through relationship management and strategic pitching of product offerings.
Product Demonstration: Conduct on-site product demos and trials to influence purchase decisions, particularly for high-value dental consumables and equipment.
Market Intelligence: Collect feedback, competitor insights, and pricing intelligence to help improve market positioning and product strategy.
CRM Compliance: Log daily activity, update meeting outcomes, and maintain detailed records using internal CRM tools.
Graduate in any discipline (Science, BBA, or Healthcare background preferred).
0–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in dental, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors.
Experience in territory development, cold visits, and B2B relationship management is a plus.
