A Field Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers in their assigned area. They meet with clients in person, build relationships, and help them find the right products to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Find new customers by researching and reaching out to potential leads. Meet with customers in person to present products and services.
Close sales by negotiating deals and finalizing contracts.
Maintain customer relationships by offering support and ensuring satisfaction.
Report sales activities to management and track progress toward goals.
Skills Needed:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and solve problems.
Time management to handle multiple clients and appointments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree may be preferred).
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Work Environment:Most of the work is done outside the office, visiting clients or attending events.
