Key Responsibilities
Identify and expand new market opportunities in Bangalore
Generate leads through direct sales and personal networks
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales advisors
Drive team performance and help them meet individual targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Insurance, FMCG, BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, etc.)
Strong understanding of the local market and local network
Self-motivated with proven ability to achieve sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
