Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Tata AIG's general insurance products within an assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for sales in the fast-paced insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for various insurance products (e.g., Motor, Health, Travel, Home, Commercial).
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new individual and corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of all Tata AIG insurance products, policies, terms, and conditions to effectively advise clients.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analysis for potential and existing clients to understand their insurance requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Presentation & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to product development.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all sales processes, adhering strictly to IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets, submitting regular reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sales support and assist clients with claims processes and policy servicing inquiries.
