Talentfox HR Solutions is hiring for the role of Business Associate – Sales for a leading logistics-tech client. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹30,000, along with performance-based incentives, petrol allowance, and opportunities for career growth in the rapidly expanding logistics-tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, field visits, and lead databases.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and strategy.
Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass, with 0–1 years of experience is an added advantage.
Candidates with field sales experience (B2B/B2C) will be preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are essential.
Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, client handling, and basic English/local language communication is an added advantage.
Must be comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment.
