Expected store visit frequency will be a Ratio of 1:130. The ratio of stores & store visits shall increase depending on the necessity.

Initiate signup process of new stores and initiate the BGV of new stores

Handling grievance related to stores on day to day basis

Coordinate with different stake holder for incident management

Support for SP partner management as an when required
