Nature of the Job

We are looking for Customer Sales Specialists to introduce and sell a range of home and lifestyle products to potential customers. The product portfolio includes Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers, and Pet Grooming Kits.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential customers, schedule appointments, and deliver engaging product demonstrations at customer residences.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Work with digital leads received through online platforms and call centres.

Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s products and services.
Develop and manage a database of potential customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through prospecting, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure that customers are clearly informed about product features, pricing, and benefits.
Provide excellent post-sale customer service.
Manage customer ID creation and order collection processes.
Participate in BTL marketing activities such as trade shows, society engagement programs, and exhibitions.
