Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Reporting To: Sales Head / Director
Job Purpose
To develop and expand B2B and project-based sales for Somani Home Studio by building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. The role involves regular field visits, project site interactions, and client coordination to generate and close sales across Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathware, Lighting, and Furniture categories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants.
Conduct field visits to sites, offices, and showrooms to present product catalogues and samples.
Capture new projects and maintain a pipeline of upcoming residential and commercial developments.
Generate, follow up, and convert quotations into confirmed sales orders.
Coordinate with Showroom, Billing, and Dispatch teams for pricing and delivery updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets through relationship-based selling.
Maintain a detailed client database (CRM / Google Sheet) with project progress and communication history.
Attend site meetings and represent Somani Home Studio in client presentations.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and dispatch coordination.
Collect and share market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and design trends.
Promote Somani Home Studio’s brand visibility at project sites and partner locations.
Daily Routine
Report to the office at 9:00 AM for daily briefing and area planning.
Plan and execute field visits as per assigned route or project list.
Visit 6–8 clients or sites per day and document discussions.
Share quotations and follow up for confirmation and payments.
Coordinate with showroom and dispatch teams for material updates.
Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR) by 7:00 PM, including site photos and client updates.
Candidate Requirements
Age: 25–40 years
Education: Graduate (any stream); preference for technical or design background
Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales (Tiles, Sanitaryware, Bathware, Interiors, or Building Materials industry preferred)
Skills: Strong B2B relationship management, negotiation, communication, and closing ability
Language: Hindi mandatory; English preferred
Other Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Familiarity with Jaipur and surrounding areas
Ability to read basic architectural drawings (preferred)

Salary & Benefits (Example)
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on project closures and performance
Total Earnings: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month potential
Travel Allowance: As per company policy
Performance Bonus: For achieving quarterly and annual targets
