We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Points team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our Shine Points - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
✅ Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.
