Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, in-person presentations, and door-to-door visits to retail stores
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting monthly sales targets
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results and market reach
Report performance metrics, client feedback, and progress regularly to the management team
Maintain and grow the client database using mobile tools and daily reporting systems
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or a Bachelor’s degree
Experience Range: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Familiarity with basic field sales techniques and retail customer interaction
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with using mobile apps and basic digital tools
Should have a smartphone and be willing to travel locally
