About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and report progress.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
0–2 years of field sales or direct sales experience (Freshers welcome).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
