The role requires candidates who are responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail stores owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000-31000 rupees per month with incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

• Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

• Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
