Job Description :

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints Reward Points Software to retail stores. You will visit stores in your city, explain the software, start free trials, and help convert them into paid subscriptions.

Work Mode: Field work – work from home, no need to come to office daily

Location : Any area in your city

Timing : 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retail stores in your area and demonstrate the software

Explain benefits clearly to convince store owners to try it (Free for 1st month, ₹999/year after)

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentives

Recruit and guide channel partners/agents to expand sales

Maintain good relationships with retailers and partners

Report daily progress to your manager remotely

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers are eligible

✔ Languages: Good communication in regional language and basic English

Salary & Incentives:

💰 12th Pass: ₹25,000/month + Incentives

💰 Graduate: ₹31,000/month + Incentives

🚗 Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

🎯 Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolled above target

Important Note:

You will start on probation. During this period, you need to complete 3 sales successfully. After that, you will be called to the office for your permanent offer letter.
