Job Summary:

Ferrero is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of FMCG products in Chennai and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for approaching merchants, establishing relationships, and increasing product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail merchants and shops to promote and sell Ferrero FMCG products

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers

• Ensure proper visibility and product placement in stores

• Report market feedback, competitor activity, and sales data to the manager

• Follow the planned route and daily schedule for merchant visits

• Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or a similar field

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and handle field sales efficiently

• Maximum age limit: 35 years

• Local language proficiency preferred
