We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join the ShinePoints team. In this role, you will promote and pitch our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and form tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs. 999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

-Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
-Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of the monthly Salary. Overachieve for higher incentives.

-Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents
-Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.
-Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
-Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Experience: Freshers are eligible
✔ Languages: Good communication skills in the regional language and basic English

Salary:

💰 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
💰 Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

Transport Allowance ₹100 per day(over and above the salary)

Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number
