Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives to promote ShinePoints Reward Points Software across retail stores. This role requires direct interaction with shop owners, pitching the software benefits, onboarding them onto a free trial, and ensuring long-term subscription conversions. You will also be responsible for building partnerships, hiring channel partners, and driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and pitch ShinePoints Software to retail store owners across your assigned city/area.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with attractive incentives for over-performance.

• Recruit and manage channel partners/agents to expand the sales network.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.

• Provide timely updates, daily reports, and maintain remote communication with the reporting manager.

• Independently handle field operations while meeting company objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication skills in regional language and basic English.

• Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (approx. ₹25,000/month take-home) + incentives.

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (approx. ₹31,000/month take-home) + incentives.

• Transport Allowance: ₹100/day.

• Incentives: ₹250 per successful shop enrolment (over and above monthly targets).

Work Mode & Timings:

• Field-based role (no daily office attendance required).

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Probation period followed by full-time employment.
