We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Shineprojects. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹31000 per month and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

✅ Achieve the revenue target as a multiple of monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.

✅ Hire Channel Partners under you and push the sales via channel partners/agents

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers and channel partners/agents for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
