Customer Acquisition:
Visit customers in the field (villages, small towns, etc.).
Educate them on available insurance products (life, health, accident, etc.).
Identify the right insurance product based on customer profile and need.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote insurance plans like PMJJBY, PMSBY, and third-party insurer products (in tie-up with LIC, Bajaj Allianz, etc.).
Relationship Management:
Build trust with existing and potential customers.
Maintain relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
Documentation & Compliance:
Help customers fill in KYC forms.
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate as per IRDAI norms.
Coordination with Post Office Staff:
Work closely with Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) and Postmasters for lead generation.
Participate in financial literacy and insurance awareness camps.
