Skills Required: Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with sales techniques and basic computer/mobile usage is a must.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Visit shops and pitch ShinePoints loyalty software

⦁ Onboard shopkeepers into a free trial, convert them into annual subscribers (₹999/year)

⦁ Achieve sales targets and earn incentives

⦁ Recruit and guide local agents/channel partners

Salary & Benefits:

⦁ 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (₹25,000/month approx) + incentives

⦁ Graduates: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (₹31,000/month approx) + incentive

⦁ Daily transport allowance ₹100/day + ₹250 incentive per shop over target

Work Mode: Field sales in your city, 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Sat (No daily office attendance)
