We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch our ShinePoints Reward Points Software to retail stores.

What You’ll Do:

1. Visit retail stores in your city to pitch ShinePoints.

2. Explain the benefits and onboard shopkeepers for a free 1-month trial.

3. Convert them to a ₹999/year plan after the trial.

4. Achieve and exceed monthly targets to unlock high incentives.

5.Build lasting relationships with retailers.

Salary:

1. 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (approx. ₹25,000 take-home) + Incentives

2. Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (approx. ₹31,000 take-home) + Incentives

3. Incentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment beyond target

4. Transport Allowance: ₹100/day

5. No daily office attendance – work independently in your area.

6. Learn and grow in Sales & Marketing with a reputed, employee-friendly company.

Eligibility:

1. Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

2. Experience: Freshers or candidates with <6 months experience

3. Skills: Good communication in regional language + basic English

Work Mode & Timings:

1. Location: Any area in your assigned city

2. Mode: Field Work

3. Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM (Mon–Sat)

4. 1 Month probation, then full-time employment
