We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join the ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints—Reward Points Software—to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (free for the 1st month and Rs 999/- per annum after the free offer ends).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly salary. Overachieve for higher incentives.
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city
🏢 Work Mode: Fieldwork, no need to come to the office daily
⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Process: 1-month probation followed by full-time employment
