Job Overview

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and pitch ShinePoints to retail stores in your city. You will be responsible for onboarding shops, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch and promote ShinePoints Software to retail store owners (grocery, medical, fashion, electronics, etc.) in your assigned area.

• Achieve monthly revenue targets (minimum: twice your salary; higher performance = higher incentives).

• Conduct 10–15 shop visits daily, explaining benefits in 5–10 minutes and activating free trials in 2 minutes.

• Revisit shops after the trial period to convert them into paid subscribers.

• Build long-term relationships with retailers for repeat business.

• Maintain daily reporting via mobile app; no daily office visits required.

• Work independently while staying connected with your reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

• Skills: Good communication in the regional language & basic English

• Work Mode: Field-based, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:

• 12th Pass – ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate – ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31,000/month take-home) + Incentives

• Transport Allowance: ₹100/day
