Shine Projects is hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to promote our ShinePoints Reward Software to retail stores. You’ll pitch a FREE 1-month trial that helps shopkeepers boost sales and retain customers. Easy sell, no technical skills required!

🔧 What You’ll Do

Meet 10–15 shopkeepers daily (grocery, fashion, medical, etc.)

Pitch ShinePoints benefits using a brochure

Onboard them instantly to a 1-month free trial

Follow up next month to convert them to ₹999/year subscription

Hit 50 tie-ups/month to earn big incentives

Report daily via mobile — no office visits needed!

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Good communication in local language & basic English

💸 Salary & Incentives

12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (~₹19.5K/month) + Incentives

Graduate: ₹3.2
