We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field sales Executives to join shine points Team. In this role you will be responsible for Promoting and pitching our shine points - Reward points software to retail stores.

Job involves meeting retail stores owner convince them with benefits ( free for 1st month and Rs999/ per annum after offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch the Shine points software to retail store in your city.

• Achieve revenue target of twice your monthly salary . Over achieve for higher incentives.

• Build and maintain good relationship with retailers for long term partnerships.

• Report daily progress and submit to reporting manager.

• Work independently in the field while being in touch with manager remotely.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Applicants should have good communication skills in regional languages and basic English.
