📌 Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll be pitching our software to retail store owners, building long-term partnerships, and helping them experience our service free for the first month. Post-trial, the software is just ₹999/year—making it a win-win for everyone!

💼 What You’ll Do:

✅ Pitch and onboard retail store owners in your city

✅ Achieve revenue targets and earn attractive incentives

✅ Maintain strong relationships for long-term growth

✅ Report daily progress to your manager remotely

🕒 Work Details:

📍 Location: Any area in your city

⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM | Monday – Saturday

🏢 Field work (No daily office reporting)

🎯 Eligibility:

✔ 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Freshers welcome (0–6 months experience)

✔ Good communication in regional language + basic English

💰 Salary & Perks:

• 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (~₹25K take-home) + Incentives

• Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (~₹31K take-home) + Incentives

• ₹100/day transport allowance

• ₹250 incentive per shop beyond target
