Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePointsteam. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints -Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meetingretail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining thebenefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)Key

Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (anyarea)

✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higherincentives.

✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city

🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily

⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Process: 1 Month Probation followed by Full time employment

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

💰 12th Pass: ₹3 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

💰 Graduate: ₹3.8 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹31,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

Transport Allowance ₹100 per dayIncentives: ₹250 per shop enrolment over and above the target number

● 🔁 Revisit the shop after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a ₹999annual subscription.
