Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our Shine Points - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)
✅ Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.
✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.
✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply
✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

�� 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives
�� Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives
