We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join Shine Projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward

Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store

owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for

1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free o􀆯er ends)

Key Responsibilities:

􈄥􍿁 Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)

􈄥􍿁 Achieve the target of 50 store tie-ups per month. Over achieve for higher incentives.

􈄥􍿁 Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.

􈄥􍿁 Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.

􈄥􍿁 Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

Location: Any area in your assigned city

Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the o􀆯ice daily

Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply

✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English

Salary:

􊳈 12th Pass: ₹2.5 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹19,500 per month take-home) + Incentives

􊳈 Graduate: ₹3.2 LPA CTC (Approx. ₹25,000 per month take-home) + Incentives

Visit 10–15 stores per day in your assigned city or area.

Spend 5–10 minutes explaining the benefits to the shopkeeper and 2 minutes

onboarding them into the free trial.

Create a login instantly using your mobile/tablet to activate the free 1-month

Revisit the shop after 1 month to collect feedback and convert them to a ₹999

annual subscription.

Ask for referrals from happy clients to quickly grow your network and close

more deals.
