We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePointsteam. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints -Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meetingretail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining thebenefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (anyarea)✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higherincentives.✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)Process: 1 Month Probation followed by Full time employment
