Job Description: Field Sales Executive
Position: Field Sales Executive
Location: Ghaziabad or assigned territory
Salary: ₹12,000-₹18,000 per month + performance incentives extra
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers in the designated territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads.
Prepare and deliver sales reports to the sales manager and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass (10+2) from a recognized board.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in field sales or marketing preferred (fresher candidates with the right attitude may also apply).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales negotiation and client handling skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
