Position Summary:
We are looking to onboard a proactive and relationship-driven Architect Relationship Officer who will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, and design consultants. This client-facing role focuses on promoting our premium portfolio of tiles and stone solutions for high-end interior design applications and driving showroom engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a well-established network within the architectural community, possess excellent communication and product presentation skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of material aesthetics and application within the design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management & Business Development
Identify and engage with key architects, designers, and consultants to introduce the company’s product offerings.
Build and sustain long-term professional relationships to generate recurring business opportunities.
Act as the primary liaison for architects, addressing product inquiries, sample requests, and specification support.
Product Presentation & Specification
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to project-specific requirements.
Influence product specification and inclusion in architectural drawings, BOQs, and material schedules.
Educate stakeholders on technical features, applications, and design advantages of tiles and wall stones.
Showroom Engagement
Promote and coordinate visits to the company’s showroom, ensuring a curated experience for architects and their clients.
Collaborate with showroom consultants to support the conversion of leads into confirmed business.
Field Sales Operations
Execute structured field visits as per defined territory and client engagement plans.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visit outcomes, and follow-up requirements through CRM tools.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Gather insights on competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide regular updates to the sales leadership through activity reports, feedback logs, and pipeline forecasts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with internal teams including showroom staff, marketing, and project coordination to support sales closures.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and architect-focused seminars organized by the company.

In-depth knowledge of architectural finishes and interior material trends

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
2–5 years of field sales or business development experience in the building materials or interior products industry
Prior exposure to working with architects, design firms, or real estate professionals is highly desirable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,443.56 per month
