Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating business through site visits, building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers, and promoting T-Grid ceiling solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, product pitching, order coordination, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites, showrooms, and offices to meet potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, PMCs, contractors, and dealers.
Recommend suitable ceiling solutions based on customer requirements.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
Generate leads, onboard new dealers, and convert inquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the back office for quotations, orders, and dispatch.
