Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience: More than 1 year in Finance industry (Mandatory exposure to Home Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds)
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 years
• Location Preference: Candidates from Surat only
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
• Identify and prospect potential clients for financial products.
• Target individual and business clients for Home Loans, Insurance, and Mutual Funds.
• Conduct local market research and competitor analysis.
Sales & Target Achievement
• Promote and sell financial services (Home Loan, Insurance, Mutual Fund).
• Customize solutions based on the client's financial capacity and risk appetite.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Application & Documentation
• Assist clients in completing applications and document submissions.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement and
investment setup.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulatory norms.
Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term relations with clients for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Address client queries and provide post-sales support.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of financial products – especially Home Loan, Mutual Funds, and
Insurance
• Offline marketing and fieldwork experience
• Team handling capabilities
• Working knowledge of CRM and MS Office
