Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable products or services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned territory (Faridabad region).
Generate leads, explain product offerings, and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand competitor activities.
Prepare daily visit reports and update sales data in CRM or as instructed.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in field sales preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Good negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones for reporting purposes.
