We are seeking a result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our business presence in Vadodara. The role requires meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. The candidate should be energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Identify and approach new customers to generate business opportunities.
Meet daily/weekly visit targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively.
Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect market insights, competitor activities, and share feedback with the team.
Ensure timely collections and support after-sales service.
Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
1–2 years of proven experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication may also apply).
Excellent selling, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Should be flexible to travel within Vadodara and nearby regions.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is compulsory.
