Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to present products/services and close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, including market feedback and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events as needed to promote products/services.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or similar sales roles is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of Hyderabad market and local business practices is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic computer skills for reporting and CRM usage.
