Key Responsibilities:

• Visit astrology coaching centers, training institutes, and educational hubs to generate leads.

• Establish long-term partnerships with astrology colleges and training centers.

• Identify and approach potential astrologer candidates—especially freshers and certified professionals.

• Promote the organization’s offerings to aspiring astrologers to drive engagement.

• Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates through regular field visits and outreach.

• Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to meet monthly hiring targets.

• Represent the company professionally during all external meetings and institutional partnerships.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in field sales or business development.

• Experience in the education, training, or recruitment industry is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.

• Interest or knowledge in astrology is a plus.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented approach.
