Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Handling
Contact and meet prospective buyers generated through telecalling, digital marketing, referrals, or walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment goals.
Convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
2. Property Presentation & Site Visits
Conduct property tours and site visits for clients.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, floor plans, and payment options.
Demonstrate the advantages of the property and nearby infrastructure.
3. Sales Conversion
Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.
Convince customers to book properties.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
