Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage potential business clients for Vodafone Idea postpaid connections (COCP).
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail stores.
· Conduct client visits to explore new business opportunities.
· Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
· Ensure timely reporting and updates at the office.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Education: Minimum qualification of any degree.
· Experience: Candidates with sales or business development experience preferred.
· Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Additional Requirements:
o Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license and a personal vehicle.
o Comfortable with client meetings and business visits.
Compensation & Benefits:
· CTC: ₹25,000/month (Fixed + Incentives)
· Fixed Salary: ₹12,500 (Minimum 30 sales required)
· Incentives: ₹10,000 (Slab-based)
o Sales 31-40: ₹250/sale
o Sales 41-50: ₹500/sale
o Sales 51+: ₹750/sale
· Allowances: ₹2,500 (Travel, Mobile, etc.)
